Great Idea needs serious debugging

Got this the other day after reading bad reviews of Song Express pro (my free version worked fine) Ok back to this app. my brother got it same day so we could swap songs, he was able to send me two songs but now is having the same problems I was having. I couldnt get the drop down menu to open at all❗️ tried deleting & reinstalling , turn off my iPad (4th Gen.) brother latest iPad Air. Please fix this is a great app... If only work that is.
